It's all about the Truth.

Hopefully when if you spend any time with us you'll see that what we really care about is the Truth.  I tell our students all the time that the name on the side of our church, or any church for that matter, doesn't define who you are.  What does matter is our relationship to the Truth. You may be wondering what "truth" is.  Well my best friend is a pastor of church in Angleton Texas and I thought what he wrote on his website summed it up perfectly.  "What is Truth?  Well, that is the wrong question.  The question should be who is Truth?  Truth was sent to this Earth by God through a supernatural birth; ordained to live a sinless life, appointed to die a criminals death tortured on a cross.  The Truth, also known as the Good Shepherd laid down his life that day, shedding His blood for the forgiveness of sin.  He was buried in a borrowed tomb where he was resurrected defeating not only sin but death.  The Truth is also the Way, and the Light, and no man comes to the Father but through Him.  This God-man was named Jesus, and he now reigns seated upon His throne at the right hand of the Father interceding on our behalf."
